Really love this spray! super easy to use and it tastes nice. I like that it has Quatrefolic which feels more effective than regular folic acid. Definitely recommend!

Quatrefolic® is the glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate. In simple terms: it’s the “active” form of folate. Standard folic acid needs to be converted by your body before it can work.
